1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Tags must be intact
• Item must be in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Worn or used items
• Items without original tags
• Items damaged after delivery

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us through the website with your order details.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days

5. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• If the item received was defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
